TWENTYSIXFEET FREE AT THE MARQUEE - The last Don't PH-UK on the fish is happening this Monday, that's the 15th August at The Marquee in Leicester square (London)
“The night has a slight change in name due to the fact the lovely people (Chris and Bob), at PH-UK webzine are co-hosting the night to celebrate their 1st birthday party......Wonderful!!!! The night is the last of the summer as we will not be returning until October 3rd where things are gonna get a bit special, so your support would be massively appreciated! The bands are Detwiije, Qurelle, The Exploits of Elaine, and us... Twentysixfeet (we are on second, at 8:45, but come at *pm and get ya monies worth). We will once again be playing with new guitarist ed (we are now 5, Dan hasn't been sacked), and you really do have to come see to appreciate the difference the tall ginger one really does make!”

That’s right, four rather fine post-rock flavoured bands (and DJ Sean Organ in between the bands with Cardiacs, Hayseed Dixie, Trouble Maker, Gene Serene, Trust, M.I.A, The Black Velvets, Beasties, JVC Force, Tiger Force, Optimism Club, The Lincolns, Everything Must Go, The Mass, The Planet The, Yes, X Dog….. ah who the hell knows, I haven’t packed my bag of shiny CDsyet).
